+ January 18th – ACADEMY CLOSED (Martin Luther King)
+ February 1st- Mandatory $45 recital media fee due
+ February 8th-13th- Valentines Spirit Week
+February 13th- Deadline to order recital tights, T-shirts, program ads, & more
+February 15th + 16th ACADEMY CLOSED (February Break)
+March 20th- Recital Tickets go on sale online
+ April 12th – 17th – ACADEMY CLOSED (Spring Break)
+ May 8th – Possible Photo Day (other dates TBA)
+ May 8, 10-14th – Mandatory Dress rehearsal (Tentative)
+ May 14-16 – Recital Weekend (Tentative)- Felician University
+ May 29th – May 31st – ACADEMY CLOSED (Memorial Day)

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
Payments #1, #9, & #10 are due at Registration (+ Reg. Fee). Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Invoices emailed for past due balances and costume balances only.
October 12th-24th- Costume Measurement Week
October 26th-31st- Halloween Dress Up
November 1st– Costume Deposit $75/student/class due
November 10th-22nd Parent’s Observation (in person or on ZOOM TBA) Observation is scheduled over this 2-week period.
December 1st – Costume balances due
March 1st- Summer Classes & Camp Registration opens @ 10am

In the event of inclement weather or emergency closures, DDA will communicate class cancellations through the following channels:
- Email notifications
- Website announcements
- Social media updates (Facebook & Instagram)
- Studio phone line: Call 201.819.7989 and listen to the voicemail message
(Check at least one hour before your scheduled class time.)
Make-up classes are not provided if the studio must close due to weather conditions or emergencies. However, if there are more than two emergency closures in a school year, DDA will allow affected students to either attend a comparable group class for a make-up or schedule a separate make-up class, subject to availability and instructor approval.

There will be no classes on dates when the studio is closed.
